There is a BMW dealership in Panama City and they service motorcycles. Before you order and ship a final drive you might check if they have one. They could certainly install it if you do need to ship it down.
Anytime I need to ship something to Panama I use a company called Airbox Express. You might be able to set up something with them. They would bring your package and hold it in their office until you can pick it up. Or find out if you can ship to the BMW dealership in Panama City and have them hold the part for you.
